Research Interests:
Research focuses on soft materials and innovative solutions to optimize the interfaces between skin and devices, effectively minimizing motion artifacts. He is also leading efforts to tackle challenges related to the stability of semiconductor thin films, which include issues such as cracking, delamination, buckling, hot bowing, and wafer warpage, all while enhancing the optical performance of dielectric thin films. Additionally, his groundbreaking work is advancing the development of novel memory transistors for AI chips.
